TAG Church Facilities Use Agreement
PURPOSE STATEMENT
TAG Church's facilities were provided through God's benevolence and by the sacrificial generocity of church members. The church desires that it's facilities be used for the fellowship of the Body of Christ and to bring God glory. Although the facilities are not generally open to the public, we make our facilities available to church members for special events in a spirit of Christian charity.
APPROVED USERS AND PRIORITY OF USE
Any person requesting use of church facilities should be a member in good standing. Regularly scheduled church services and activities of TAG Church will have first priority in the use of the facilities. There also may be unforeseen emergencies (i.e. funerals, etc.) which will take precedence over any other room reservation. TAG Church reserves the right to restrict use of its facilities at will and/or subject to its beliefs and practices. The event shall be cancelled at any time if the actual usage of the building does not meet with the standards and policies of TAG Church.

RENTAL FEES
There will be no rental charge for church members in good standing to use church facilities. However, there will be an hourly fee of $25 to cover the expense of securing a building supervisor to oversee the event. The supervisor will be responsible for the following: opening the facility prior to the event and ensuring all necessary areas are accessible; remaining on-site during the event to monitor safety and ensure adherence to the facility following the event, ensuring all lights are off and areas are properly closed. The presence of a Building Supervisor helps ensure the safety of all attendees and the proper care of church property.
All users are expected to leave the facility in a clean and orderly condition following their event. If the facility is not properly cleaned after the event, a cleaning fee will be assessed.
